The salon is very cute, modern and clean. You are greeted upon arrival and I haven't seen people wait more than 15 minutes. They also offer water, coffee, and tea which is a nice touch. I've been going to Rachel for about 6 years now, I've since moved away from Clarkston and drive up from Toledo, OH to get my hair done. I've gotten highlights, lowlights, ombres, red hair, dark brown hair, even purple hair and I've loved how it's turned out each and every time. I've gotten straight across bangs, both short bobs and long bobs , and normal trims.  She's done my fiance's hair as well, an excellent male cut. I can't really speak for any of the other stylists because they haven't done my hair but everyone seems to walk out happy.
