What an amazing place with excellent service. We found this place because our local news did a story on them and we had to check it out. Well, for once this week the news was good and the service from Danielle was outstanding. We spilt a meatball parm and the crunch on the perfectly toasted roll was great add the tasty meatballs and grandma’s Sunday sauce you are now enjoying next level flavor. The fresh tomato & garlic old forge pie was spot on with great garlic and cheesy goodness. Great food at an excellent price with amazing service, ya that’s 5 stars all day.

5 Plus Stars! I arrived late night at closing time to order some take out but the kitchen had already started closing up.  The cook saw me walk in and asked “What can I make you?”  I then realized that they were closing up and said I could come back another day.  He insisted, so I ordered a Mahi Mahi sandwich and a side of spaghetti.   OMG it was so good, both dishes #Delicious   I will be bringing the family back soon for dinner. My folks are from Scranton and I grew up on Old Forge Pizza and Pierogies.  I am so grateful I can now get them in South Florida at The Twisted Tomato.  The 12-Cut Red brings me back to my childhood and is even better than the originals in Old Forge.  The crust is light and airy and the cheese simply melts in your mouth and the sauce is amazing.  This is a True Family Owned/Run business and we should support them as their food is amazing and their service is just as good.  My wife loved the Sangria and said it is the best she's had.  We live in Broward and will be visiting often.

Hands down, the best pizza.  I drove around 2 hours to get here and it was worth it.  Light crust, crisp on the bottom, great sauce and cheese.  Double crusted white was amazing. Service was excellent.   They truly made me feel at home!Food: 5/5

We had large group of friends join us for a night of music last Friday night. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and the friendly service! We took dinner home after the show, and thought the antipasto and chicken Parm were incredible. This restaurant is a hidden gem!!Food: 5/5

Edit: i just changed this rating from 1 star to 3 based on the owners sincere  response to my review.  Thank you for that.  I will try it again for sure.  I barely know what to say.  I read some of the reviews and am shocked.  This pizza came with what appears to be like a cheese sauce on top.  Whether or not Old Forge Style pizza is supposed to be like this.....to me it is terrible.  I am trying to eat it as if it is not pizza but something else...some thing i just never had before.  Still is just terrible in my opinion.  Goooey...saucy..little flavor at all.  Tried adding garlic and oregano to a small piece...eh.  I will try one of there "regular" pizzas one day.  If it is better i will edit this review.

New restaurant in kings point shopping center. Truly amazing, very inexpensive great food and service. Lunch specials are for businesses free delivery. Very inexpensive, large portions. No extra charge for delivery. Out of business! Cheap customers in the area would not support a local business, trying to give them the best possible service and food.

My First visit was delightful. All the staff very nice, & friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the Spaghetti with no meatballs I requested as I prefer vegetarian, plus a fresh salad, & large soft, moist and yummy garlic bread stick special starting at 4pm. Really appreciate the discount for Seniors/Veterans.  Love to support local family owned business. Will spread the word, and be back for Live Music on Weekends!

I had takeout at the Twisted Tomato, and I must admit that it was a below-average experience. My wife's family hails from northeastern PA, and unfortunately, the pizza we had didn't even come close to the cuisine we're used to from that region. The disappointment began with very poor service when I came to pick up the pizza.Food: 3/5
