Twisters is a fast casual dining experience specializing in New Mexican foods with our famous red and green chile as well as American favorites.

Burrito was so poorly wrapped I could barely eat it. One end had extra folds of tortilla while the other end was open and leaking out all the chilli sauce. Sauce which I asked them to go easy on but ended up being the majority of the filling. Feel like i got half a burrito. Very inconsistent product from location to location.

When I order something with no sour cream, I expect no sour cream. Not the residue of sour cream that has been scraped out of the container when someone realized their mistake. Food allergies are real. If you make someone sick through inattention and laziness, you should not be in the food industry.

Over the last two months I ha e gone a total of 6 times, and every single time our order has been wrong in one way or another. In the ABQ locations the staff is rude & seems inconvenienced by you coming in to their restaurant. I used to LOVE twisters, but it has gone down hill fast!

Probably the single worst meal I’ve had in five years. We tried six different things between the five of us, no one finished. In fact, most of our meals sat in their entirety on the table when we left. Stale chips, nasty fries, frozen reheated burger patty, and the salsa tastes like ketchup. We were driving through, so luckily we won’t have to experience that again.
