We had a good experience with our moving crew. They were respectful of our homes and belongings, careful, kind, and funny. 
I only gave 4 stars because 1) the job went over the high end of the estimate by at least an hour, which I think would not have happened had their been four movers instead of three (by the end of the day these guys were slowing down, which is understandable, they worked non stop for 10 hours!) and 2) not everything fit in the truck. Fortunately, I have a week to get the rest of the items from the old house. I would use Two Men and a Truck again, but would probably request a fourth person so it would go faster.

I hired two men and a truck to pack my house and move me again for the second Christmas in a row. We had the packers Steven and Mindy (not sure that’s her name,, we only spoke briefly). They did a great job and took a lot of pressure off of my wife. The next day 4 men and a truck showed up. Zack, Michael, Nestor and John arrived a little after 8 am in a blizzard, a temp of 9 degrees and blowing snow. These guys know their trade. They are very organized. They looked through the house and evaluated what they had to move then they got started. They worked in two teams and quickly and carefully loaded our possessions on the truck. We were held up by the building inspector for an hour so the guys had lunch. We got to the new house and They went to work, assembling beds. Setting up rooms and unloading boxes. When the truck was empty they headed back to my house to load the rest of our property. We finished at 7:15 pm and I can’t say enough about the courteous, polite and professionalism of the team. John, Zack, Nestor and Michael did a great job of moving my wife and me and I wouldn’t consider using any other mover. Our first move with two men and a truck was in 1992, we would never consider using any other mover. In the middle of our move, David, the manager showed up to see how things were going. He gave me his personal number and told me to call if there were any concerns. There were none. If you have a move, I recommend two men and a truck in Holland Michigan.

Two Men And A Truck, generously offered In-Kind services for our organization. Not only did they extend their services but also donated boxes for our office to pack during our relocation process. Their movers where nice and friendly and patiently listened to our requests.

Two Men and a Truck helped me move furniture and boxes. The men who came out were courteous, helpful, hard working and careful with my belongings. A couple items presented a challenge, but the guys dealt with this in a positive manner and found a way to accomplish moving them.They stayed in communication with me so I was aware of the progress. 
I couldn't be more pleased with the service.! I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!

I would not post this warning about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK if I was not worried about future laborer employees being treated the same as they treated my son. This is ONLY regarding the Holland, Michigan location.

I left this review on their FB page but they were able to hide it and block me. There are very shady and incompetent people running the company in Holland on 8th street. The actual laborers are great so it’s not their fault that management is what it is. I am personally happy he no longer works there, but it really was an awful experience and it was a huge hit to his self esteem.

Long story short...

They promoted my son to a lead packer and promised to pay a minimum of 20 hours per week regardless of how many hours he worked. Not only did they stop paying him that agreed upon minimum with no heads up, (after doing so for a long period), they also shorted his paycheck many times in the year+ that he worked there. No telling how many times he was shorted before we started watching the hours vs pay closer. Twice he did not get his direct deposit on Friday, (and once he was paid with a manager's personal check on Monday). I suspect they have a cash flow problem. When he confronted them about the agreement of paying the minimum of 20 hours, they told him "he could not prove there was an agreement."

Once hours started drying up this winter they decided to make his work uncomfortable so he would quit by "mistakenly" putting his requested two days vacation in as two weeks and refusing any hours during that two week period even though it was their mistake. Then they told him they were eliminating his position and moving it to Grand Haven. But they did not, there was an ad the next day advertising for his exact position guaranteeing 20 hours per week. They apparently laughed about their ingenious lie that made it easier to fire him without actually firing him with his ex co-workers the next couple of days. One co-worker that worked there for many years contacted my son and told him and also quit as a result.
