Had my 1st experience with Two Men & a Truck yesterday for a move from Norwalk to Ridgefield.  I have never dealt with a more kind team of people!!!  From Sarah in the main office who helped us through a trying time and schedule changes to the actual 3 movers who were simply wonderful (kind, quick and super efficient).  I would recommend this company to anyone that needs moving services!!!  Bravo and Brava!!!!  Thank you to the outstanding team at Two Men and a Truck, you all ROCK!!!!!

This was the second time I used Two Men and A Truck to move. From the first phone call, Sarah was wonderful and made scheduling my move easy. Mike, Pierre and Dave P were amazing! Hard workers does not even begin to explain these three men. They are polite, courteous and truly go the extra mile to make something very stressful, very easy. I highly recommend Two Men and A Truck.

The administrative staff at Two Men and a Truck was extremely timely and professional.  They immediately booked my moving date at the convenience of both our schedules, organized insurance certificates immediately, were competitive and transparent with their pricing, and were easy to talk to and amenable to issues related to my individual move.  They confirmed multiple times with me and kept in touch to be certain no issues arose.

The moving staff was extremely considerate of my belongings and professional in their demeanor.  They exhibited a "can-do" attitude and were very pleasant.

Overall, Two Men and a Truck took the headache out of my move and turned it into an exciting, fun process!

Movers were prompt and treated all my items with care. Although there was some mix-up with the final charges, the office staff handled the issue in a professional and timely manner.

9-10am: Our truck was scheduled to arrive. We received a call that their truck broke down, and they would arrive sometime between 11 and 12 now. 
12:15: No word from company. We call to get an ETA. We are told we will get a call back in five minutes.
1:00: We call back again after never getting an ETA. We are told 20 minutes.
2:00: We call again. We are told 20 minutes.
2:30: Truck arrives. Crew sits in truck while waiting for a second truck to bring pads for furniture. (the pads are never used for the furniture)
3-6pm: Moving out. Pads are not used on furniture. An Ikea dresser is damaged to the point that it cannot be moved. Crew was asked not to move the dresser from the top. They moved the dresser from the top. They also moved some furniture that we asked to have left at the apartment.
7-9pm: We are moved into our new house. 

The following week, after talking to the site manager, we are still charged FULL PRICE...

 We have used Two Men and a Truck in the past in a different city, and they were really great. This group was the complete opposite.
