Story

I believe that I am entrusted with the life and future of each person I agree to represent, and fully understand that I assist clients in some of the most difficult times in their lives. I believe I am responsible to guide each client through circumstances which are unfamiliar, risky, complex and sometimes unfair, with loyalty to the client and a sophisticated and objective analysis of the path the client must travel to clear the legal hurdles presented by the case and consider all of its ramifications. My experience and skill enable me to plan and implement a strategy which will make the most of the opportunities each case presents. Sometimes I work to minimize the negative impact of the criminal justice process on my client, and maximize the benefits available through the law. In civil rights cases, I seek to redress wrongs carried out by government employees whose abuses of authority or power have damaged citizens.
