Cannot complain about a thing. My sink garbage disposal was letting out an awful smell every time I turned the switch on and this tech simply removed some blockage in no time and it was all repaired in minutes. Very satisfied with good work

I had called yesterday to schedule a plumbing inspection with Rosa, she was very nice and professional, maybe one of the nicest people i have worked with, i had called the company back today to confirm the plumbing inspection, a lady named melissa answered, i had asked for Rosa, she immediately had an attitude with me, said she would transfer me over to Rosa, and hung up. i had called back, Melissa would answer then hang up right away, this happened about 4 to 5 times until she answered. once i got ahold of her and asked for Rosa, she said ohh she didnt answer she must not be in the office, i said no you never transfered me you just kept hanging up the phone. what kind of costumer service is this? TERRIBLE

The girl who answered the phone mumbled something and then hung up on me because I asked her if it was the answering service. I called back 3 more times and she picked the phone up and hung up before I could say anything! Really hope the owner finds out how she is treating people who call!!

I used to put up with some leaky pipes that ran up my bill at the end of the month, but you guys fixed that for me. Your plumbers changed my life.

Couldn't be more dissatisfied. Paid to have the leak under my kitchen sink fixed. 3 weeks later, the leak returned and was told I'd have to pay another service charge ($75) for them to even come back out and take a look, let alone actually fix it correctly this time. There goes over $350 down the drain...
