Travis is an awesome trainer.  I signed up at TFW on a 6 week training program.  On my first day of training I was 304 pounds, and in horrible physical shape.  At the end of the 6 week program I was 283 and felt better than I had in over 20 years.  Travis is motivating, and he cares about each member.  The group that works out there are also very encouraging.  I wanted to quit so bad in the first two weeks, but the 5:30 am group would not let me.  I have been a member for 5 months now.  I am down almost 50 pounds, and my physical stamina is amazing.  I will never go to another gym.  If you are serious about getting into shape, TFW Forney is the place for you!!!!!!

I have been a member of TFW Forney for two years. I enjoy the attention Travis gives to each of his members and how he makes sure we are doing everything correctly and staying on track with our fitness goals. I highly recommend TFW Forney for strength and conditioning.
