I must say Ali and his team are extremely friendly and helpful and have gone out of their way to help me on questions I have had on plans and coverage etc.

I work with a company that utilized Tycho's health insurance services.  Ali and Regina went out of their way to ensure that we received the best service for our employees.  Ali takes the time to clearly explain benefits and what the individual plans have to offer.  Regina handled all of my requests quickly, accurately and with a great attitude.  I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a company that offers personalized EXPERT service.
