I've tried to like this place. I won't be going back. Drs don't listen to patient feedback. Not concerned with patient comfort at all. Go elsewhere.

2 month wait for appt. Then my primary Dr. leaves a message to go to previous Dr. She is my previous Dr. 
I've been going to that office for years!!!

My family has been going to UCD Folsom for years and 95% of the time awesome! The only times that weren't so great were waiting for radiology and the lab when understaffed. The lab is much better now.

IHorrible experience with this places. First, we could not get through on their phone line, just a busy signal for hours. Next, my husband gave them his insurance info prior to the procedure, but they never entered it in the system and he had to give them the information two more times before it was finally entered.  Then, the day of the procedure,  they had a long check-in line and were apologizing to everyone that they were "short-staffed". Then they kept my husband waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation. Would not use this place unless I had no choice.

Used to be good a few years ago, now even getting an appointment is difficult. Disappointing.
