Customer service was excellent the first year and a half. Now all of a sudden my full coverage is an issue when it's been the same for over a year. Apparently I have to have a 500 dollar deductible not a 1,000 dollar one. Thanks for screwing me over on and extra 120 dollars a month that was suppose to be for my kids. Ass holes

Great company to work with on auto loan, really no pressure from U Drive nor the dealer, super easy, unforgettable payment schedule with automatic payment transfers.(which is so great for me, I'm so forgetful at times) If you get a chance to go with a lender that actually has the ability to help you and your credit score this is the one.

I've tried several of the dealerships they said they're affiliated with but no one has heard of this company in Arkansas, my bad the little rock north little rock area of Arkansas! I wish they get in contact with me seriously!!
