I had checked out the Undercover Eggplant's menu online before choosing to meet with my parents there and for the most part I was very pleased.  The food was excellent and the portions were very generous.  The descriptions were fairly accurate, although perhaps a little understated for the pizzas (I would say closer to 14" instead of 12").  The salads are very fresh.  Overall a very nice experience.

Best sandwiches in Oneonta, hands down. I'm stuck on the Locksmith - eggplant, ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce (I have them hold the onion). The sandwiches are huge and the salads are even bigger - either is a two meal purchase for me.

The staff is very friendly, always smiling and helpful. Sometimes they get a bit ruffled, but when there are 10 people walking in the door at once, that's bound to happen. 

Specifically, the vegetarian options cannot be beat. The prices are very good for the large portions and the drinks selection is more than reasonable.
