Went to pick up a trailer to tow a vehicle that I had made a reservation for, and when I arrived at the store they told me they rented it out to someone else. Apparently they are on the first come first serve model and appointments are just for the fun of it. I kept getting asked if I needed the trailer that day, when obviously I did when I made the appointment got said day...one star is way more than they deserve.

Pretty impressive since the late spring early summer is moving season. The staff were great at explaining the details on what I was renting. And the service was great when bringing it back. I only wish the city would widen the street that you need use to drop the truck off to make it easier to turn in.

Excellent customer service!  They did not have the truck I wanted, so they upgraded me for free. Then, there was a slight problem with the truck, so they refunded the entire transaction!  They were more than fair. Couldn't ask for better service, thanks!
