The first time I used this uhaul it was excellent and I would of said the same of the second only I got a call saying there was a dent on the inside of the trucking the upper drivers side of the panel . I was transporting bedding and a bicycle so I know way that I made a dent on the inside of the truck ., upper right hand side As Chris pointed out I would just have to pay the deductible of $150 since I had insurance but the bitter taste of being foolish of not checking the truck inside myself and then having to pay for something I didn't do .I strongly recommend you insiste that someone checks the truck with you ...  life lessons sure suck when you have to pay for someone else's dent/employee not noticing before

Chris, the manager is attentive and offers a full compliment of services.  He is friendly and knowledgeable.  VERY clean facility.  VERY nice trucks available for rental.  Clean secure self storage facility attached.  If you need these services in Leominster or near by, go see Chris!

These guys, especially Manager, Chris, really go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Very flexible and a customer first attitude. I will always rent from here from now on

Friendly service.  They might not have the most inventory of UHauls, but they make up for it with great customer service.  Highly recommended!
