Made reservation for 6x12 trailer on August 10,2017. P/U August 17,2017 0800 hrs. in Mission BC. 
Got a call August 17,2017 at 1030 hrs from uhaul in Abbotsford BC,  informing me that they had a 5x8 trailer and I could p/u after 1pm
1) why was this order confirmed from Uhaul reservation desk and emailed confirmation of my order. 
2) get a last minute call from Abbotsford uhaul regarding changes to trailer and pickup time. 
This has caused me to have to make a second trip of 900km to finish my move,  from Mission to Oliver,  BC. 
My time is money, not to mention extreme stress cause by Uhaul.

Negative stars !!!! Worst company ever ...booked a truck 3 weeks in advance. I received a text the day before my pickup stating my truck was only available 8 hours round trip away. I called the customer service # and was told they contacted me and told me my 15' truck was not available and they offered me an upgrade for 26' truck that i refused.... my reservation was for a 20' truck ! And this conversation never happened and they lied about it ! Never rent from this company ever ...they lie and then say too bad that is our policy !!!

5/5 to the staff. They did a great job explaining everything on the bill and adding some blankets and an appliance dolly a few hours ahead wasn't a problem.
4/5 on value. The truck was everything we needed but it drove kinda rough. Got the job done though. The price got higher than I would have hoped since we put on more kms than expected but that's our issue mostly. The cost/km could be a little lower but overall decent.
