Called the location four time, three were transfer to the call Center. 
I left something in the rental and was trying to make sure they found it. But no one had time to call me back to let me know. 
They said they would call me back,  waited all day. Still no call. Now I have to drive two hours in the the location to see if they found my item. 
Customer Sevuce is lacking. Three minutes was all that was needed to help me

very very very bad experience with Uhaul they are terrible with customer service , do not do business with the Oshawa Taunton road office. i filed a complaint 3 months ago and have not heard back. in addition when they wired my trailer hitch they caused over $ 600 damage to the electrical system in my car and have responded to that concern either....i guess my next steps will be small claims ... the pics are of how my car was returned to me ...not happy they don't even deserve 1.. when i phoned to voice my concern i got put on hold for ever and then the connection was broken ...

I booked a truck online and recieved a confermation #. 2 days before my move they phoned to tell me they had no trucks and instead of a 24 ft I could get a van.... 4 time I got screwed over from U-Haul. Never again!!!

First time to this location & most likely my last. I normally use U-haul & all of the locations have been to, after using the truck, you return it & that's it. They bill you & receive it online. Nope, not this location, they make you check everything whilst you're in the truck & then you have to stand in a line up for 20 minutes to check out. I was in a rush, needed to be back in Toronto. Most likely will miss my appointment!! They need to upgrade their system & staff.
