Good customer service. Learn to wait to see the Gas level sensor to reflect the fuelling before refuelling.

Used their storage facilities for a couple years and have rented trucks from them a number of times. Staff is friendly, trucks are always clean. I am happy to recommend their business.

Very poor customer service from this place, twice now.  Having worked in customer service for most of my life, these people do not seem to know how to deal with customers very well.

When we first arrived Travis explained everything to us perfectly. He said it would take about an hour to install our hitch and bike rack, $500 service. Not only is there no place to sit while waiting NO ONE COMMUNICATED that there would be any delay. So here we are 2 hours later. A blonde lady let us sit in the office chairs and said Travis would come in to update us. Travis comes in and says nothing to us and continues talking to other co workers about leisure activities. I only find this a problem because I had to go up to him personally and ask for an update. He then tells me 15 more minutes. No communication. Poor customer service. No seething for customers who have to wait. I wouldn't recommend this location.
