Good: Staff is nice, no complaints there.

Bad: U-Haul had damage that created a non weather sealed storage, they didn't inform us, but it was "on the paper" and they were out of the sealant or temper. U-Haul had damage that was also not marked to indicate it wasn't my fault. They put the stickers on after I showed them. 

Very bad: The trailer we used to tow a car blew a tire less than 70 miles down the road and as of now it's been 4+ hours of waiting for uhauls roadside assistance when they assured us "90" minutes or less.

It was a very busy weekend, but they did an excellent job getting customers taken care of. Staff all very friendle & professional. Nice new clean van, clean organized facility. Only drawback was having to return van to pickup location, guess it's company policy.

Had the truck I needed even without reservation. It's best though to call ahead.
Friendly people and also can refill propane tanks.
