This has been single handedly the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company in my life. I had signed up for self service online and it scheduled me a pick-up time 30 minutes away from my originally scheduled location and said that I could pick my u-haul up at the location at 7am. Upon arriving, the app and the web browser both failed to work and told me no equipment was available. After spending almost an hour and a half on the phone with customer service telling me on multiple lines that they did not understand the problem, they told me I then needed to wait until 9am for the actual store to open and receive my equipment. When I asked what was going to be given to me as a future incentive because I am an extremely displeased customer, I was told that I still needed to wait until 9am for them to do anything at the location.  This has been the worst customer service from ANY business that I have ever received in my life.
