It’s amazing how you can ruin a perfectly good business with the wrong staff. 

Checked in for a new storage to find the elevator was broken (large truck, big move, multiple staircases make no sense). No big deal, it happens, but no notification was made to let us know, no plan was suggested, no alternatives were noted? The staff offered no solutions and more than that, just didn’t seem to have a clue for us or any of the other interactions happening.

Easy to rent. Good prices, although they expect you to bring back their vehicle with a full tank of gas or they overcharge you to fill it themselves. Clean vehicles.

Friendly people, quick pick up for truck or van, and they also have propane tanks for rental and refill, dropped off the key in the evening and its all set automatically
