Great service, but sometimes forget to inspect trucks before rental.

Made a reservation for a 26' truck, was told they had one. Got an email the next morning saying I had a confirmed reservation out of massena 45 min away. Very lazy office won't go and get trucks in order to keep their word about having trucks available for rent.
