Has everything you would need to move if you haven't collected boxes, ropes, covers, etc. Prices can't be beat. At all. Paid nearly $60 to move to a new spot (i had to do all the packing and carrying) whereas the best movers price I got was $300. Saving $240 for substituting your gym workout. Along with the staff member who explained every single relevant point best he could. Nothing to not like if you use basic logic.

Had a reservation but it took nearly an hour to get the vehicle. Painless return process though but could use more staff

Getting the car or van is fine, but when it was time to return there was only one person at the register and a long line of Vans and trucks waiting to be inspected. Lesson to the wise make sure you video tape and take pictures of the gas gauge and the outside of the vehicle they try to hit me with damages but I showed my pictures and video that it was already there

There was a hiccup with the time of our rental, but that is the nature of truck rentals in NYC. They were fast and courteous in getting the truck. I would use them again.
