Used this U-Haul facility twice in the past few years to move around town. I arrived before they opened both times and still had to wait in a line since they only had one person working the register (even though they had 2 terminals set up?) Staff was helpful, but didn't seem very friendly. I'll probably return if I have to, unless there's another U-Haul facility nearby I can use.

Needed propane gas, the gentleman took can out filled and put back in my vehicle for me. Very attentive staff

Not the most helpful people. But I  gor there at closing time.

The blonde young lady working the front desk was SO RUDE!!! She had the worst attitude when we were signing paperwork and rude again when we dropped the truck off. With that being said the storage units are very clean and neat. I also love the climate control units and the rolling carts that are there to make moving all our stuff into storage unit much easier.
