Honestly the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. This place is a one-stop shop. Very impressive. They have everything you need for moving or storage. Very friendly staff and well-maintained location.

Customer service always bad ... Waiting so long to get someone ... When you find they treat you very bad ... Unfortunately no other option in the area to get uhall ... As a regular customer, every time I try to forget about the bad Customer service

Dear U-Haul manager at this location, please work on your customer service reps and emphasis the importance of respecting the customers and not hanging up the phone on them. Seriously, this is an unacceptable business trait and needs to stop immediately. Thank you Sir or Ma'am.
