I rented two trucks; one 26 ft and one 15 ft. Both trucks ran fine. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. I rented one of the trucks in person and the other on my phone. Both were ready when I needed them. I returned both trucks after hours using the website. It was easy to take the pictures of the odometer, cab, and truck bed then drop my keys off. Very easy and simple system.

I had a hitch installed on my vehicle and my vehicle instantly had electrical issues. There were electrical cords hanging down from the hitch and my gears began shifting differently. My vehicle only two years old and VERY well taken care of with no issues until coming here. I called three days in a row to try and get the issues fixed. They have no returned any of my calls and I'm placed on hold every time. After four days of waiting I showed up and they had me wait behind someone who showed up after me. The general manager did come out and attempt to fix the problem himself but told me to take it to the dealership

I made an appointment to have a hitch installed and told them I would have to wait while the work was done. They said it would take 2 hours. I arrived the following day at the scheduled time and handed over my jeep.  I took a walk and got something to drink.  When I returned an hour and twenty minutes later, I found my vehicle had not been touched.  When I questioned why, he said we have to take care of customers. When I asked when they would start, he said he didn't know.  I left and went to Quail Springs U-Haul which was nearby.  They were much more courteous and promptly installed the hitch. I would add that their facility is much cleaner than Edmonds UHaul.

This is an awful location, they will not take cash even if you leave a credit card on file. They were completely rude and not helpful in anyway.

There were 3 employees in the building when we arrived and we were helped promptly and they hitched us up in the rain.
