I've never had a good experience with this place, and I gave them 6 times to prove themselves. I think because they're the biggest haul dealer around, that they don't feel the need to do a good job. One time I reserved a van, and when I went to get it, they had rented it to someone else. Then made me get a bigger van, that I didn't want and charged me full price. They said either I had to do that, or I was just out of luck and that's how it goes

Lady was so rude. Worst, no trucks to rent. Any other place does a better job,

I've rented trailer s from this facility several times and they have always been helpful. They could use a couple extra hands around to assist customers when it is busy but overall they are helpful. I actually had a dead battery down the road a few years ago. I went in there and they drove me back to my car and gave me a jump no charge!

Quick service, friendly, outside truck drop off. They can send your receipt to an email address.
