If I could give 0 stars I would:( 

Let me start off with u-haul isn’t a bad place.  just this location has very very poor customer service.  Very shame and I will not be returning

Very dissatisfied, wanted a new plug installed on my pickup. 3 trips there and still didn't work right. Finally told me it was over 30 days and I would have to pay more. Tried to explain with my wife going to chemotherapy I couldn't just drop everything and come back. Didn't care.

I chose this UHaul location over another company that cost $100 less for the same size truck because they had hours conducive to my needs. I verified they were open and told them I was on my way. Arrived to pick up truck and no one answered the locked door.  Called and was connected to call center who told me to go to another door on side of building and knock. Nothing. Called back and told that 2 employees were there because they can see that they're on the computer terminal however they didn't respond to call centers email or phone calls either. Apparently they closed early for a day before storm that never happened. But I was told yes we are open see you in 30 minutes. 
Next day when I arrived I asked for discount  to compensate for my time and gas as I live on the other side of town. Got no where with that. 
Although I once again called ahead to be certain they were open, the truck was not ready when I arrived or even upon completion of rental check in. Window had ice on it so one employee sprayed drivers side (not even half way) then went back inside without a word. After a few minutes I went in and asked her to spray entire window. She reluctantly did then went back inside. I got inside and the defroster was not even turned on. It would have taken another 20 minutes for the window to melt. 
I should have went to the other company where I would have paid less and maybe been provided with better customer service.
