I have rented from this place for several times, the staff are friendly, they are flexible,  and the best of all you can turn in the rental after hours, I definitely recommend this place.

Staff could be more helpful overall I'm happy I got a new truck but truck windows had hand prints all over passenger window and the back was dirt with items in the back some certain rods and a light fixture metal and the truck had a funky smell in the driver cab like bad milk.

A lady hung up in my face because I guess I was asking too many questions. So I had to call back and I spoke with someone else. And the man who took down information in the truck acted like he couldn't speak a single word. He just kept holding out his hand and singnaling all the way up until the last minute after I excepted the payment method and he gave me a fake "thanks". They all suck and I will never go back. 🙄

Bad customer service
The manager needs to take a customer service class .
He needs the abc of customer service:
Greet the customer
Say thank you and more
