Great customer service!! They were very understanding when I returned the truck an hour later then forecasted due to traffic. Also, I had one minor issue with the van that they "made right" on the spot.

Even though they had trucks reserved for later pickups, they hooked me up. Granted, I only needed the truck for a couple hours, it was still awesome that they helped me out and let me take it when I needed it. Guy was super nice and helpful. Lines can get long and they seem understaffed. But... Will definitely use this location again.

We needed a truck fast.  Our store had flooded during the snow storm melt.  These guys were awesome.  Kind, courteous, caring, helpful...saved us thousands in inventory loss.  Thank You

Bill Stone and his crew are top notch. I'm a long distance mover and use U Haul everywhere I need to shuttle a load in. The Gresham guys are by far one of the best I've ever worked with. I highly recommend them.
