*SEVERE DAMAGE DUE TO RODENTS IN CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE*    Beware.     I  went to my climate controlled indoor storage unit this past sunday.  Halfway thru the unit we discovered wet boxes and large amounts of rodent feces on the floor.  A suitcase that was only placed in storage a few months ago was totally soaked.  I have just been informed by corporate manager "laura" out of orlando that Uhaul sprays for rats/mice.  Evidently Uhaul not only doesnt care about their customers, they dont care about their health either. No one expects to go to their indoor storage unit and have it be a health risk. I was told i would not be compensated for any items lost, nor would Uhaul be hiring any kind of professional exterminator. Luckily I took pictures and have several witnesses all willing to give statements. I have filed a formal complaint with Dept of Agriculture and sent pictures and documents to them.  Please stay away from this place. The health risk alone just isnt worth it.  Once i have spoken with my lawyer again i will be posting pictures online if it is possible

Great people and very acomidating. We came here pulling  a 30 ft camper and it was loaded for our 6 month stay here in Florida. They have such a great rate on storage and are near us so it made sense to put a lot of what we brought in storage with the U-haul facility. It is like having another room on the camper while we are here. Thank you to the U-haul staff for what you do. James Cary, WX9DX

Clean facility, but ever since they changed over to U-Haul the prices seem to increase every other month without notification, at this point we will be parting ways with this company.

Need to rent a truck to move my new sectional couch. For $25 I rented a truck and completed my work. Good trucks, easy simple service. 5/5
