While driving the truck the sun visor (driver side) fell off hit me in the face. When I brought truck back I made personnel aware...Was told I would be contacted by manager via telephone..Never heard from anyone...I even did their survey and still never heard from any one.

Pamela the general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. This will be the last time I get a uhaul from this location

Very helpful folks. I got in and out quickly by doing as much online as possible. I wish the trailer parking had more space though.
