Easy getting rental. Clean vehicles and they drive great. No problems. Can get any size boxes and even bought a dolly there.

Not only did it take 3 full hours to put on my trailer hitch, they took a cooler out of my trunk and didn't return it. I don't know why they needed to take it out, but I give them the benefit of the doubt. I called about it THREE times in three days but no one returned my call. I finally just went to back in the fourth day and asked. Yep they had it. No apology, nothing. 
Also the day I had it put on there was no thank you. Not very customer service oriented. F+. The plus is that I got the hitch.

I've had two positive experiences at the 7th Street U-Haul in the past, so I went back feeling good about their business.  Before they had been fast and friendly.  I reserved a 20 foot truck a month in advance.  When we went, the man was again fast and friendly and said, "I'll bring your truck down for you."   Without telling us anything about it, he "upgraded" us to a 26 foot truck.  My wife ended up driving the huge truck from Joplin to Florida (and I am so thankful she made it safely) but we felt totally taken advantage of.  We've always rented from U-Haul in the past, but not anymore.  Bad, bad experience.

Had an issue with a truck while on the road from Oklahoma to New York. I stopped in and the staff checked out the truck and had me back on quickly after doing a fast inspection under the hood.

The place is real nice but when picked a truck up , the fuel was not full, was 1/4 left, said When dropping off, the gas must 1/4 , How can i figure it out when on 1/4  ,you know 26 foot truck burns lot gas ! About 5 to 7 MPG
