Inaccurate mileage records from before rental almost resulted in $12 over charge. Originally called and spoke to call center employee regarding this but there was no record of this when returning vehicle. When told their office number had also been called, we were told,"Oh we don't answer the phone." Truck (F-250) was clean and performed well, but customer service left a great deal to be desired.

It happened now twice already that I rented a trailer at this location and brought it back even before the rental period was over. Every time they call me a few days later that I have not returned the equipment and will report it as stolen. What happened is that they do not pull the correct trailer information into the rental account and list a different plated trailer so they can not match up the equipment. When then trying to reach them they do not pick up the phone at this location and the call goes to the corporate office where they have no idea what is going on. The last time I had to go to the location personally because they hang up the phone on me multiple times and I was treated with disrespect by the store manager. There was not even an apology given after they figured out that they made mistakes on their side. I expect a better service from a company like U-haul and this location should be reviewed by their corporate office.

I got a hitch installed at this location on my six month old Hyundai. Horrible experience. First of all, we booked it in and they said they couldn't complete the service because they didn't have the correct wire. We were told we would get called to rebook and complete the service within two weeks. Two weeks pass, no phone call. Began trying to call them to book it in. I am not joking, we called fifty times and kept getting the head office. Finally head office booked us in and said that they should have the necessary wires in stock. Went the day we were supposed to and dropped off the vehicle. Got a call saying it was complete and everything was working. I went and picked up my car and started driving when I noticed that the check battery light was on. I went back to uhaul and the man who installed it said that was normal and sometimes the alternator takes some time to "catch up". I drove home (an hour drive away) and parked my car. When I went to drive my car again, it died while driving. I am now paying to have a dealshiper look at my car to fix the problem that Uhaul created! I would not recommend their services to anyone.
