Super helpful staff; Jerome took the time to go over many options with us and was very knowledgeable!

Staff was immensely helpful. They did everything they could to assist us with a equipment rental; however it was clear management does not do their part in training their staff with equipment installation nor proper equipment maintenance that led to an extreme inconvenience to us on a cross country move. Would not recommend to others until management is changed.
