Two employees in the lobby neither one greeted me or my s/o when we came in. Employee backed the truck into the awning when pulling our truck out for us. Charged me for 2 dollies when I wanted ZERO. I had to talk to a store manager to "protest my charges," waited two days for a call so I decided to call myself. When explaining to the employee who answered the phone he rudely interjected that the manager was "out of town and just got back." Store manager was rude and did not care about the fact I was mischarged and didn't seem to have any desire to want to help. Never renting from this location again.

I pulled in to ask a question about if my vehicle would be able to be towed on a traditional trailer. I pulled to the side so they could see how wide it was but out of the pull in section so others could use it. No "Welcome", no "Good morning", immediately was passive aggressive about my parking. They clearly did not need my business.

We had a hitch installed on our van here. We have rented multiple trucks from this location. Helpful. Good value.

Rented a 24 foot truck, to go 2247 miles. A/C broke after 300 miles. Poor maintenece of equipemnt, apparently!

Kind of a nightmare to find. The service was less than steller, in fact the manager was rude!
