Service was terrible and slow for drop off and pick up of vehicle. Actual uhaul was fine however. Would not recommend this location.

Went to South Willow which had a propane leak. Was instructed to go to hooksett rd where I was told "the propane guy isn't here right now". Why doesn't everyone know how to perform the one of 4 services they provide?

Slow service, been multiple times. Otherwise they are good. I would like to provide a 3.5 star but that is not an option and it is just not quite 4 stars.

I purchase lots of propane, as well as rent trailers and have gotten hitches installed by them.  All of the experiences have been positive.  Sometimes I have to wait because they are often busy, but I guess that is because they are great and take care of people; hence the crowds!

I needed a hitch for my car. I had excellent service. The team there was courteous and efficient I was able to make an appointment for the next day! Very satisfied with my purchase. I will be going back to rent a trailer from them. Highly recommend this location.
