One of the busiest storage in the area. I got there to return my truck & I was out in less then 10 minutes. I really forgot the person's who took care of me. I believe his name was Shane (I apologize to you sir), but he was a true professional.
If I ever need storage or truck rental, I will definitely be back there.

Phyllis and her team are fantastic. Cordial and thoughtful describes the team. They are thorough and make sure truck is in A+ condition.

I have used them numerous times. From moving within Deltona  to moving to Georgia and Tampa and I've never experienced a problem with their trucks and their service has always been top notch.

We rented a drive up unit that i can literally drive rite up to at anytime but can only access it between 7am and 7pm... even at 651 am the manager can not assist even tho she is here and walking around. Typical central florida attitude.. "customer service, whats that?"  Sure glad we moved. There is no such thing as southern hospitality here. I get that they have hours for a reason but my unit is outside, first floor, outside and i dont need help. If you want to be frustrated early in the morning this is the place!

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices on storage units. Used their storage for over almost 2 yrs with no issues. They give a courtesy call day of your storage rental due date if you have forgotten payment beforehand. Price matched another moving company after that company upped it's price when truck rental day came. Low rise trucks for easy loading. Trucks run smoothly, even for long distance moves.
