I went to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Palm Bay to look at the size & selection of their trucks today. I must drive one from Florida to Massachusetts next month. The girl waiting on me was very personable & helpful. She took the time to pull up a smaller truck next to the larger one so I could compare & see the interiors. Thank you again, Kelli!

I made an online appt for trailer hitch installation. After reading reviews, I called before I drove 30 minutes, and made sure they had a technician to install, and they looked at my reservation, and said everything was fine.  After arriving, and checking in, I was told the parts were not in.  What a waste of one hour driving!!  Staff was uncaring, almost rude.

Wow. That big store just went to waste. Is this what you want plam bay to be? And industrial city? Mark my words. In the next 20 years or so, palm bay is going to have huge factorys

What a disaster this whole shopping plaza has turned into, a literal dump! K-Mart is gone, Hallmark Store is gone, TJ Maxx is gone, Genna Jewelers is gone, Radio Shack is gone and Publix is on it's way out.

Would be great to give negative stars they will never have our business again. Not only did they say our reservation was moved to a different store, we waited in line for over 40 minutes. When we arrived at the said place with our "reservation" we found out the reservation was still at this location. We were the 3rd customer sent to the other store with same reason.. Absolute worst service ever, don't waste your time or money.
