Don't believe your reservation means anything.  the day before our move we were called and told they wouldn't have a truck for us.  we "reserved" a 24' truck, and we were told we could only get a 15' truck.  what are we supposed to do, move 2 times?  Do NOT count on a truck being there.  Hire a moving company.  If I could give zero stars I would.

Parking lot is poorly designed, make sure you fold the moving blankets up beforehand or it will cost you $25 for them to do it!
