Took awhile to get our rental truck, purchased boxes fell apart and I slipped and fell from the bed of the uhaul to the street on my behind. My behind still hurts a week later. They ought to have non slip tape stripes on the steps.

I usually don't write reviews but these guys were extremely helpful, down-to-earth and honest about the pricing and terms with me. I just did a local move so it was fairly cheap but these guys stood out as being very amiable and made a good impression on me in an otherwise stressful scenario.

The people here are very rude. They have a major atitude problem. They make you wait, they dont answer thier phones and yell at you. Quite frankly if i could give them 0 stars i would

Horrible place.. After I had reservations done to pick up the truck we get there and there was no trucks available.. Had to go pay some men to get the move done. Don't come here.

Extremely unaorganized with a disgust for customer service. It took an hour for what should have taken 5 minutes, and still they treated us with disrespect. U-Haul should change the management at this location.
