Fast service and they had a pickup truck same day without a reservation. Staff could be more helpful though. I wasnt sure where to go to pick up the truck or how the milage charges work.

I called and asked for the manager named Matthew to call me back 3 times regarding a penalty on my contract I did not feel was deserved. He never got back to me. His subordinates later informed me that he's really not there for the team, leaving them on the weekends when work is especially busy.

This place always seems unorganized. Some of the people are always snooty.

A bit of a wait in the lobby even though I had everything done online beforehand. The guys were cool and respective. Lots of angry customers who were complaining , but they hadn't used the website before just showing up.
