Every employee I have dealt with at this location has been excellent. They are all hard working individuals, and genuinely try to help their customers find the best solutions for their needs. Even on the very shortest notice, and a lack of proper planning on my part, they stayed until my family and I had everything we needed. Not one of them were impatient with me once through the entire process. I know I would never have had such composure if the tables were turned! Great job!

Avoid this place, they don't stand behind the paperwork you sign. They leave you high and dry scrambling at the worst possible time. I needed a truck and storage unit and went to UHaul because it was close to my apartment. The lady showed me a unit that I wanted to rent. Back at the computer she reserved the truck and unit and gave me all the paperwork with no money up front which was great because I was moving and on a tight budget. I passed up Public Storage with a great tall 10x10 and fullsize roll up door on Orchard St in Tacoma because their price was $99 per month and Uhaul was about $10 less. So of course I would go with Uhaul saving $10. I return two weeks later and fortunately the truck was available but the unit had been rented!! The lady looking into the problem couldn't say for sure what happened but "her best guess" was a rep at the customer center probably rented out the unit. She said the Customer Center can override a hold placed by a local store. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and was truly appalled. She showed me a couple other units but they were nowhere near big enough. Now here I am on moving day without storage and the help of my dad who drove 2 hours to help me. I'm scrambling to find a place and PS that I had went to didn't have any 10x10's nor did any other PS nearby. That's how I ended up at the one off 96th street. It's an outside unit, started out paying more than I would have at the other PS and the unit only has a man door. The smaller man door makes it harder to get furniture in and takes longer to unload a moving truck through the small door. Uhaul's mistake ended up costing me money by missing a great unit at PS and paying more at a different PS location.

Tried to call and get information over the phone on pricing and availability. Woman told me 5'x10 72.00 a month and then very abruptly transferred me to a CSR who had no idea why I was calling. Wow.
