horrible service with our 1 way trailer rental FOR 1,200 + MILES  SERIOUSLY we were 1/2 mile away and lights were flickering on trailer!!!  guess what they..HE..said when I called them on it??  CALL U-HAUL ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE😨..ok..its Slow Low AZ people..guess where our assistance service people had to come from??? HOLBROOK ARIZONA..we were on the phone 40 minutes with uhaul customer service  (which by the way was not so good either) then we had to wait 90 minutes for guy to get to us..we missed our loader for the night..AND delayed our leaving!! they could've  cared less!  the poor guy who drove all the way from Holbrook AZ was super nice but believe this or not..HE HAD NO TOOLS!  HIS FLASHLIGHT WAS HIS PHONE..it was pitch black&cold outside as it was nightime! it was your fault people at THIS UHAUL..you didn't check it out right to start with & my husband even was shocked because it was grounding wire problem..THANKS ALOT FOR YOUR HELP..NOT!  1 STAR SHOULD BE 0 ZERO STARS👎👎so sad to do business like this and they were not busy JUST US!!  consider yourself warned..ugh

Lot is not lit up for late night/ early morning turn ins, better clean the truck out like a slave or they will hit you with a 30$ cleaning fee. Don't like it? better not complain, or they will threaten you with that new damage they found but didnt report.

I've never been made to feel so worthless then to AZ when I came to pick up my truck at U-Haul I express that that is not the truck for me or my family to move our merchandise and he said I do not have a choice that is a little ridiculous I should feel comfortable in the vehicle I'm hauling my family and my stuff in I will never shop at this location or recommend this location ever

The guy that checked me in seemed less than thrilled to help me, or be there. But they had a good selection of uhaul's.
