Improper install on wiring my hitch trailer breaks will not work and management Brandon said he doesn't even know how to install a weight distribution hitch but still has a job installing hitches and running the place and all this and never booking two appointments when I called to set them up this place is a waste of time and money I'm filing a lawsuit against uhaul for improper install and letting my lawyers deal with these idiots ..... don't let them touch your vehicle they are clearly not trained to be working here worst experience ever with a multi million dollar company

Had hitch installed on my Ford for $370 everything included (tax,labor,wiring and ball). Best price around.

They are a rip off and lie about the cost of the truck after I returned it!! Will never ever use U-Haul again! Besides the  employees, only half of them know what they are actually doing!!!
