Extremely easy to reserve on-line and I was able to check-in on the way. Very short wait to be helped upon arriving. The equipment was in perfect condition and the agent explained how it worked. The lot was large and easy to navigate. The after hours drop-off was a snap. I simply took a photo with my phone of the dolly, with its placement in the lot.

the 10’ moving truck is garbage... it got stuck in the parking lot of uhaul twice before i could even leave and three more times outside of uhaul. and this was not because the parking lot was poorly plowed (it was plowed decently), it was the truck itself. the truck was rear-wheel drive and only one wheel appeared to actually be spinning to power the truck. i was told by staff that the truck didn’t handle well on snow and ice but my god, i thought they were exagerrating- they werent.
of course this is not a reflection of the team at this location. i would wonder why uhaul corporate would not consider looking into steps to improve these conditions- even cords on the tires would be a start.
just something to keep in mind as a forewarning to anyone who’s considering renting one of the 10’ trucks. i was told, however, that the other trucks aren’t as bad. (unfortunately only needed & could afford the small truck)

that all being said- the staff at this location were really friendly and even helped me get un-stuck when i was stuck in the parking lot. they never seemed rude or annoyed.

Filled up my propane tank at Uhaul on Grand in Billings, Mt. Got is home, hooked it up and it didn't work. Called Uhaul and they said, "Its nothing we did." Worked before you filled up the tank and doesn't work now. Hummmm. Can't be something you did, right? Never again Uhaul, never again.

Very helpful employees, they were busy but they worked hard for each customer. We reserved online and the process was seamless. I even called to adjust the timeframe and they were very accommodating.
