I called to schedule a hitch installation, and the guy told me they had to order a part and would call me when it came in. 2 weeks later, still no word, so I called again. This time I got the Call Center, who informed me that the part must have come in, because it was showing in their inventory. So she scheduled me for the installation. I show up at the scheduled time, and they have no one on schedule to install my hitch. They take my number and tell me they'll call the next day to reschdule. The next day, surprise! No phone call! What a joke! I can't believe it's this hard to get someone to take my money. I ordered the part for home delivery and will install it myself. What a disgrace, I will not go to this location for anything again.

Way to high but the customer service inside the building is good.

Used their website. Nice selection.  Big guy was accommodating

Didn't let me rent because he had a customer in 2 days, gave me wrong information, I drove for 30 min to the next uhaul and did not have the promised equipment
