A bit understaffed but if you're willing to wait a little bit or use the Uhaul mobile site it's definitely a great local location

Renting a truck went smooth and the vehicle ran great low gas usage. Will rent from them again

Service was outstanding. I returned a truck over night and also booked one for the next day. The staff was courteous and efficient in getting everyone taken care of. The only downside is the lot is pretty small, other than that they get an A+.

Ordered a pod through uhaul only to get a call the day before the pod drop off that they were expanding the drop off time to sometime between 12-4pm. I asked if I could get the number of the movers that I hired through uhaul so I could reschedule the movers, but was told by Danny he couldn't get that information. Of course when I called back and spoke to someone else, they were able to obtain that information for me.

Called the movers and they were able to re-schedule. The next day the pod didn't show up. I called and asked what happened and was told that Danny cancelled my pod. He didn't give me a call whatsoever. I wonder if he did it out of spite...

Moving is stressful enough, there is no need to make the move more stressful. I canceled my order with usual and decided to pay another company more money for the job to be done correctly. I will never use Uhaul again, nor I would recommend this company to anyone. Honestly, you would get better customer service with anyone else. 

If you need a pod for your move I recommend using Upack or 1800-pack-rat. They were able to deliver a pod to my place  in a few days and actually showed up on time as promised.
