WORST experience!!!!!!!!!Don't use this company!!!!!!!!!they cannot be trusted. you won't believe what happened to me. I paid them for their accounting service, trusted them, but they forgot to file the tax for me, later on, they said they would write a letter to IRS which they never did. I have to call them every day, threat them to sue them, finally they drafted a letter on the deadline before I get further penalty. The letter was unpresentable, and I have to rewrite and sent by myself.I have never seen any accountant so unprofessional, irresponsible and untruth worthy. Don't use them, go somewhere else.

They are really diligent even though they occasionally might lag behind, but I can’t really complain since I do know governments themselves are running slow as well. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it for those who want their taxes done.

Throughout my years of tax reporting, I have search for many tax advisors. This company's tax preparers are hardworking. I would definitely recommend it. Any questions can be resolved through this company. Highly suggested!

Very bad experience with them. The accountant is really unprofessional here. They put the wrong bank account number for my tax refund. I didn’t receive any of my tax refund. And when I asked them what to do, they just asked me to solve all the mass they left on me by myself. Not help at all!
