I have had my stuff in storage for over a year now..  when it was time for me to renew I happened to be in hospital. .they wanted me to come down with cash..I couldn't  (in hospital for a month)  and they said they couldn't take a credit card over phone.. I had  no one locally to go down for me. .after many phone calls they finally realized that this was the only way to get paid so they relented and renewed for another year... was very frustrating and guaranteed I will not renew again!
They threatened removing my stuff and selling it on me!

Not allowed to describe my experience as per manager. Wasn't allowed to contact owners about my bad experience either. Would not recommend this place is all I can say.

I went for some information on storing my things for a few months and I couldn't believe how rude the manager Chris was too me! His negativity and poor customer service is going to prevent me from ever going back! I couldn't imagine dealing with this individual on a regular basis
