I have been a patient here for a total of 3 years (2008-2010; 2017). The front office staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The medical assistants have always been quite professional and caring. Many are nursing students so they are fairly knowledgeable too. I have had two primary care physicians, both of whom have been very caring, smart, well-organized, and informative. The online MyChart website allows you to read your doctors notes; make appointments; and ask questions. At one point when I was not working due to illness and did not have health insurance, they lowered their fees for me without me asking! The complaints in other reviews about high cost suprised me because I have found the University of Utah Health system's fees to be quite reasonable.

TIME WASTERS !!!
Only because of a change in insurance did I move over to the U facility at Redstone.
Not just one bad experience, but 3 in 30 days.
I made an immediate change to a place in the valley that would accept my insurance and they were wonderful on day one!!!
Round Valley Clinic by the Park City Hospital is so much better run and they truly work with their clientele as if they care.
If you are able - be certain to see Dr. Strong.
I had attended their for years until my insurance (the evils of Obama care) would not allow it any longer.

Went into urgent care. Extremely overprice and don't get to see a real Dr. You only see the  PA's

I’m super disappointed with Redstone. I called ahead to make sure that my insurance and Redstone were under the same network and that I’d be covered. I checked TWICE. A month after I came in I was billed almost $300! When I called to ask about it, they told me my insurance isn’t on their network.

We had a good experience taking our toddler to urgent care here. Made sure we were the first person in the door at 9am on a Sunday and it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and everything was clean. Cost depends on insurance and ours was the same as a regular office visit.
